Our clinical staff works collaboratively with both children and adolescents to address a wide range of issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, personal identity exploration/development, peer pressure, bullying, social media, academic struggles, family conflict, and more.
Evidence-based approaches such as dialectical-behavior therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy and responsibility therapy are utilized to provide children and adolescents with the opportunity to develop insight into bigger emotions and needs. Children as well as teenage clients are empowered by clinical staff to practice positive coping/self-care skills, problem-solving skills, practice of responsibility, develop more effective social/communication skills and build healthy relationships with peers and adults.
